This review is for the Mo’ Enigma wet hop cask conditioned beer, from the Fall 2016 wet hop season.
This pours a hazy golf tan color. I get notes of pineapple and hints of peach, lightly floral in nature. It’s pleasantly bitter and drying. Delicious, and gone far too soon.
