For this version we used straight up yogurt to sour the wort! We then added pureed watermelon & cucumber & lemon zest. Super refreshing & drinkable! CONTAINS DAIRY!

I had this beer on-tap in a snifter at the brewery.
Appearance: light gold with a dash of haze and a thin layer of white foam.
Smell: tart, sweet and a little malty. Not bad.
Taste: well balanced tartness/sweetness, and pretty clean for a kettle sour. I like it a lot.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: tasty and very refreshing. Mmmm.

A super refreshing kettle sour from the fine folks at Cellarmaker. Light, lots of effervescent carbonation. Tart, slightly sour, and you can taste the melon and whatnot that they've added. Good job.
