We threw many of the pineapple and orange forward hop varieties together in excess. The result is quite pleasing. Hopped with Nelson, Citra, Southern Passion and XJA436. Resinous and moderately dank with big notes of mandarin orange, papaya and guava. Unique, tropical, pungent. The Tairy Greene Machine depends on it.

It was kind of hard drinking this one side by side with Double Dobis, my favorite DIPA from Cellarmaker, but this one still left a mark on me. Golden color, the aroma with a bit of fruity notes, some pine, sap, and bready malt. One great thing about Cellarmaker IPA's is that they have fantastic balance. It's a bit tough to drink other, lower tier IPA's after drinking at Cellarmaker. I always have to give my palate time to reset itself from this greatness. Flavor was mouth coating pine, light tropical fruit, tinge of bitterness and again with the bready malt. Very nice. Feel is great for an IPA, medium to light body, easily drinkable. I should have bought a growler. Good stuff.
