Denali is a brand new hop variety bred by Hopsteiner. We've never used it before but it sure is nice! Moderate dankness alongside a cool pineapple gummy bear/blueberry character. As with all beers in the Mo' series we pair it with Mosaic. We recently procured what we believe to be the best Mosaic we've ever had in the brewhouse. Notes of cantaloupe, apricot, slight coconut and a fresh bag of green. This unfiltered west coast IPA is very bright and intensely aromatic.
