This IPA is totally out of this world! Hiding inside your glass is a massive amount of Galaxy & a cosmic dusting of Simcoe, Mosaic & Centennial. This exploration in flavor reminds us of a day trip to Melmac, a different world with a green sky, blue grass & a purple sun. This should quench your vast appetite for hop forward flavors… and beyond!

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours hazy golden orange amber with a frothy cream white head that settles to a firm layer and leaves plenty of nice lacing.
S: Tropical and stone fruit, citrus juice, a little pine, grassy herbal notes, biscuity slightly bready biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Citrus, orange, lemon, and lime, followed with lots of tropical and stone fruit, mango, pineapple, peach, apricot, and passion fruit, grassy herbal notes, a little pine, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation.
O: Not my favorite thing I've had from CM, but even when it's not their best it's still pretty solid. It's pretty nicely balanced and they coaxed out some nice fruity notes.

Honestly, this one is pretty much just ok. Like, it’s a ‘baby’ beer. Or really, a ‘Jr.’ one at that. I say that because in no way shape or form could it play with the heavy hitters brewed out on the East Coast. This one is Lon Cheney over Lon Jr., and John Barrymore over John Drew. It’s good. It does that trick. And, well, that’s it. And that’s ok with Raul.
See ya.

Purchased the can just before sheltering-in-place. I am amazed that I managed to wait almost … two weeks. Super fresh!
Pours with an amazingly vibrant head of foam. It’s a hazy one.
I got a big punchy blast of lychee and guava aromas, with minimal bitterness on the finish.

Fresh can from Lúpulo. Driven down same day by cellar maker with wrong labels d/t running out.
Had “glow” pale ale the day prior, and this is the big brother in every way. I try to rate to style, but even taking it into account this was just better in almost every way.
Light yellow cloudy appearance. Fluffy white head.
Smell of melon, banana, lemons and pine.
Tastes like melons and lemons and grapefruit. More fruity than bitter.
Medium bodied, fairly high carbonation.
Very drinkable and super balanced. Impressive for an all-around solid ipa.

Alien Life Form pours a semi-cloudy straw yellow with nearly no accumulating head, but a thin veil that quickly dissipates to the edges of the glass with no lacing retention
The smell is a potpourri of fruits; catanloupe, orange, guava, Papaya with a sweet floral and creamscile
The taste is melon, tangerine, orange and mango with a hint of hops that quickly fades. Well balanced, light and easy drink with a very dry finish.
