Evil Spread - Maple Bourbon

Last year we brewed Evil Spread with our friend Jeppe of Evil Twin Brewing. We aged a portion of that beer in Blis Gourmet Maple Bourbon barrels for a year. We then conditioned Evil Spread on cacao nibs, toasted hazelnuts and vanilla bean. This is a decadent tray that makes more sense as a dessert than part of breakfast, like it's hazelnut spread inspiration
