Turok Juice is the Hazy version of our 100% Mosaic West Coast IPA Turok: Mosaic Hunter. For this juicier version we applied our expressive yeast blend for notes of pineapple and tangerine and then hopped the beer with 2 different lots of incredible, specially selected Mosaic hops. This beer is truly dynamic and shows off one of our favorite and most versatile varieties. Notes of guava, tangerine, melon, and resin with an incredibly pungent aroma!
Fun fact: we named the West Coast version Turok: Mosaic Hunter after the video game Turok: Dinosaur hunter. Why? Because early on in CM history we had an impossible time finding Mosaic hops that didn’t come with unappealing aromas of onion and garlic, mulch and earth. Not the type of stuff you want to smell in your IPA!

Clean, crisp and super dank despite being pretty dry. Extremely drinkable. Excellent single hop IPA.

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours hazy golden amber with a frothy cream white head that settles to a firm layer and laces very nicely.
S: Spicy slightly dank herbal notes, massive hit of juicy citrus, tropical, and stone fruit, a faint hint of blueberry and melon, a touch of pine, slightly floral, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Super vibrant mix of citrus, tropical, and stone fruit, mango, tangerine, passion fruit, peach, apricot, pineapple, guava, lime, lemon, and hints of blueberry and melon, spicy slightly dank herbal notes, bubblegum, a little pine, a bit floral, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, soft on the palate, with a light touch of hop burn (not unpleasant, just enough to let you know how much they threw into this one).
O: This is a WOW beer. From the moment you crack the can open you're hit with a wave of juicy Mosaic goodness. Probably the best IPA I've had this year, by some margin.

There’s really not much to this one. It’s just a nice, pithy and tropical beer. No fireworks like Disneyland at 9 PM; no loud applause after another Bellinger Bomb... Just a nice IPA down the line that there isn’t much to complain about. So I won’t.
Bye.
