For this hazy IPA, we took our West Coast Hop Slangin’ IPA recipe and super hazed it! We switched out the neutral Chico yeast for Conan yeast and let the yeast esters come to the forefront. Unlike the West Coast version, we didn’t use any finings leaving a much deeper haze than the original version. Nelson, Galaxy and Simcoe hops exude all their goodness alongside the peach and melon of the yeast.
