Single-hopped pale ale brewed exclusively with experimental hop HBC 685. Citrus comes to mind first, Meyer lemon as well as bruised tangerine peel float into the nostrils with hints of muddled mint and light brinyness. The flavor is crisp and clean but potently piney with some tobacco earthiness. Classic Northwest characteristics in a new hop!
