We conditioned our Strawberry Shorty ale in the cask on top of house grown herbs. This is the second year we’ve grown various herbs on our roof to use in our beer. We picked lemon bee balm, pineapple sage, lemon thyme and lemon balm and added them to the cask to make a refreshing Indian Summer herbal refresher. Take a deep breath, take a big sip and start the weekend off right.
