The best time of the year continues with the release of our third wet hop infused brew of the season! We were fortunate enough to go up to Yakima, Washington and schedule a pickup of fresh Mosaic hops. Unlike most hops that after being picked are dried for storage, these wet hops come right off the plant and are driven down to us. Within 24 hours we had full mash tun of cones steeping on hot wort.
