An Oat Cream IPA utilizes a high percentage of oats in the grain bill as well as lactose sugar to create a chewier, more robust IPA with a pleasant hint of sweetness. We also highly hopped this beer with our best Simcoe and Nelson to infuse it with gushy aromas of grapefruit and lemon as well as terpene highlights. That extra bit of sweetness keeps everything in balance for an incredibly hoppy, but not bitter, experience. CONTAINS LACTOSE.
