Collaboration with Cerebral Brewing
Admiral Maltings pilsnet and Yolo Gold wheat malts for a light base on which to float Sauvignon Blanc inspired flavors. Hopped with NZ Nelson Sauvignon and Motueka, as well as a touch of Mosaic for notes of melon, white wine grape and pineapple. Zested and juiced mandarin oranges for a hint of floral citrus.

Appearance: Arrives relatively clear with a honeyed golden hue; the one finger of foam leaves went lacing
Smell: Pineapple with citrus and vinous notes and a waft of melon
Taste: Pineapple, up front, with developing vinous white wine and melon flavors; orange pith, in the middle, with a bright finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: A nice use of the Southern Hemisphere hops here
