50% malted wheat in the mash makes this pale tart and round in body. The acidity amplifies tropical fruit aromas of mango and passionfruit as well as navel orange and lemon. The tartness carries through to the flavor which transitions into a dry bitterness from the hops (Motueka, Idaho7, Wai-iti, Centennial, and Simcoe).
