Present Tense returns as a mouthwatering hop bomb dry-hopped with Strata, Galaxy, Simcoe, and Mosaic. Saturated with hop flavor and aroma, while keeping bitterness balanced and crisp, Present Tense brings waves of tropical punch, overripe mango, lemon-lime gummy, and whispers of dank resin. A simple grist of Pilsner malt and unmalted white wheat, lays a clean and fluffy canvas for this unapologetically lush hoppy beer. Soft, bright, and explosively aromatic, this is the kind of IPA that anyone can sink their teeth into.

From Good Times Oakland, no dating on the can.
Pours a cloudy yellow, finger of foam, good retention and lacing.
Smell is dank, piney, tropical fruit, juicy.
Taste is pine, orange peel, mango, really dank, juicy as heck. It does wear on my palate after a while.
Medium bodied, I would not bother to get this again.

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours hazy golden yellow amber with a frothy eggshell white head that settles to a firm layer and laces quite nicely.
S: Ripe citrus, resinous pine, spicy herbal notes, underlying tropical and stone fruit + berries, floral hints, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Bright citrus, lemon lime, grapefruit, and tangerine, tropical and stone fruit, pineapple, strawberry, passion fruit, peach, apricot, mango, blueberry, and guava, resinous pine and spicy herbal notes, a touch floral, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, mild to moderate carbonation, soft on the palate.
O: I'm all about this one. Really nice balance of fruity notes with a resinous herbal side. Drinks like the love child of a Westy and a Hazy.
