An intensely aromatic and flavorful pale ale that harnesses the incredible potency of Nelson, Galaxy, Citra and Mosaic. We layered this beer in the boil and dry-hop with these oily hops to create a sturdy hop profile that engages the sense and yet remains extremely drinkable. This is the reasons we love pale ales so much here!

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass

A: Pours hazy golden amber with a frothy cream white head that settles to a firm layer and laces nicely.

S: Zesty citrus, grassy notes, resinous pine, a mix of exotic, tropical, and stone fruit, plus some blueberries, slightly crackery biscuity malt, and a little caramel sweetness.

T: Bright citrus, grapefruit, lime, lemon, and tangerine, ripe mix of exotic, tropical, and stone fruit, mango, blueberry, gooseberry, guava, peach, white grape, apricot, pineapple and a hint of melon, a little resinous pine, grassy notes, crackery biscuity malt, and light caramel sweetness.

M: Light to medium body, moderate carbonation, fairly soft on the palate.

O: The first few sips the zesty citrus ran the show, but as it warmed the rest of the fruity notes really came out to play. Really cool mix of flavors from a great hop combo, I just wish it was a bit bigger, more rounded out. This is one of the rare times a Cellarmaker pale ale has ever tasted its size to me, as it comes off a little thin on the back end.
