Collaboration with Slice Beer Company

We collaborated on a new Hazy IPA with our buds from the almost open Slice Beer Company which is going straight into aluminum jackets. We pooled our years of hop knowledge to make crushable juice for you. Expressive yeast and hop infused from top to bottom with Nelson and Strata! We know you’ll enjoy this beer from these two pizza focused, we mean hop focused breweries!

A collaboration with Slice Brewing, this is a NE style (Cellarmakers' bread & butter) made in a limited quantity. Not Cellarmakers best work unfortunately. I always have high expectations for them. While this is fine, I'm always ready for perfection from these guys!

Big thanks to baby mama in the skies for taking a trip to SF just to pick me up this and two other beers.

Pours a cloudy light yellow, not full on haze trub, just cloudy, 1/2" white head. Nice aromatic hops, Nelson and Strata are some top tier bangers and they bring the danky weed passion grapefruit notes.

Where it gets weird, is those aromatic hops have even more punch on the tongue than they do in the nose. You know the drill, that danky weed strawberry grapefruit lemonade taste. I don't know how expressive the yeast is per the commercial tug job, seems pretty neutral, but lemme tell ya, the hops are just pushing major weight all around. This Slice brewery seems like everything they touch is gold as well. Good crisp body on this one, don't let the cloudiness fool ya. Its new school hops meet an older school crisp and dry vibe despite the appearance. I came for the Dank Williams, was familiar with the Dobis, but I think I ended up liking this one most.

Sweet, white wine grape, tropical and dank aromatics on this one! Taste follows with the Nelson hop profile up front and then a grapefruit citrus/dank bitter finish. Decent depth and feel...Good!
