A portion of the base beer for our Horus Aged Ales collab “Professor Pastry” was put into bourbon barrels to age for a year. It has now emerged from the oak with incredible new flavors and aromas from aging in bourbon-soaked wood. Incredibly rich and complex, a sip of Ocean of Storms will send you to the moon!

Very dark brown appearance with a slight tan head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is a nice bourbon with a touch of chocolate. Taste is a slightly boozy bourbon with a touch of chocolate. Great feel
