A portion of the base beer for our Horus Aged Ales collab “Professor Pastry” was put into bourbon barrels to age for a year. After aging, we conditioned an even smaller portion on house toasted organic coconut. The result is divinely silky, with coconut flavors in perfect harmony with the milk chocolate of the stout and the boozy vanilla of the oak.
