Clean, crisp, and brewed with purpose. Bright Intentions is a more modern take on West Coast IPA featuring Strata, Mosaic, and Nectaron hops. A lean malt base offers a fresh and light platform for the hops to exude vibrant notes of pomelo zest, fresh starfruit and tropical kush. Bitterness is zippy but balanced, keeping each sip focused and quenching. This beer has no fluff – just a clear expression of our intention to keep things light, snappy, and endlessly drinkable.

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours faintly hazy golden yellow with a frothy cream white head that settles to a firm layer and laces nicely.
S: Slightly spicy and dank earthy herbal notes, resinous pine, citrus, tropical and stone fruit+ strawberry, biscuity bready malt, and a little caramel sweetness.
T: Citrus, grapefruit, orange, lemon, and lime, resinous pine, tropical and stone fruit, pineapple, mango, apricot, peach, strawberry, guava, passion fruit, and a hint of grape candy, slightly dank and earthy herbal notes, slightly bready biscuity malt, and some caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, mild to moderate carbonation, somewhat soft on the palate.
O: Bright wouldn't necessarily be a word I'd choose to describe this one. I think to follow through with those bright intentions they'd have to up the carbonation a bit and swap out the Strata for a cleaner more citrusy hop, but they really don't need to. As it sits it's a rather nice easy drinking modern Westy with some cool complexity.

Cloudy (likely unfiltered) for a true West Coast style IPA.
