A hop lover’s dream combo of the two most intensely fruity hops. Australian Galaxy, notorious for sticky mango and passionfruit nectar aromas compliments the zesty tangerine and melon of Citra. Smooth, chewy and juicy as hell, we know that any Hazy IPA fan will be all about this dopeness!

On tap at Eureka! Hazy straw orange color, beautiful head and lacing. Aroma is melons and tangerines. Citrus punches you at first sip. Aggressive for a hazy. Tangerines, melons. A surprising hop bite. Very good.

Opaque yellow.
initially great but dies down.
Subdued, I didn't realize no can date until after purchasing. Distant note of OJ sans bitterness.
Very easy going, still needs a bit of bite.

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours hazy golden yellow with a frothy cream white head that settles to a firm layer and laces quite nicely.
S: Juicy tropical and stone fruit, passion fruit, peach, and mango lead the charge, lively zesty citrus quickly joins with tangerine and grapefruit standing out, a bit grassy, biscuity malt, and a little caramel sweetness.
T: Zesty citrus, grapefruit, tangerine, lime, and lemon, slowly gives way to tropical and stone fruit, mango, peach, apricot, pineapple, melon, and a touch of passion fruit, a little grassy, faint floral notes, biscuity malt, and a little caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, somewhat soft on the palate.
O: I'm finally getting a chance to jump into the "Galaxy" series and I'm definitely starting on a high note. Absolutely classic hop combo that plays beautifully together. They call this a Hazy West Coast IPA, and it's got a noticeable amount of IBUs, but it's also soft and hazy enough that it drinks more like a balanced NEIPA (not just a hazy juice bomb). Who cares about semantics, it's tasty. Looking forward to trying the next beer in this series already.

Citrusy and lightly funky… I think I’m realizing that I don’t really like Galaxy hops that much. Lightly smooth with light bitterness but definitely not a WC IPA as advertised.

poured from a 16oz can into a spiegelau IPA glass. citrus and tropical fruits, dank weed and grass on the nose. taste is a little more grassy and bitter. citra and galaxy is a damn fine combination and the galaxy comes off as either more dominant or more complex than the citra. tropical fruit and dank, piney resin with hints of orange citrus. full mouthfeel. fluffy and thick but this is still quite approachable. i thought this was excellent.
