Our Mo’ series always combines the dynamic Mosaic hop with a second hop to showcase Mosaic’s ability to work so well in tandem. This version also features Idaho 7, an amazingly dank hop that unfortunately has a not-so-sexy name. Oh well! But don’t let the name fool you as Idaho 7 brings attractively piquant elements of white gummy bear and citrusy pine!

From the tap. This pours a clear golden color in the glass. I think of Idaho 7 as one of those underrated but reliable hops. This delivers. Light on the aroma, with a more earthy hop profile on the sip. Moderate bitterness on the finish.

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours golden yellow with a frothy cream white head that settles to a light layer and leaves a little light lacing.
S: Earthy herbal notes, ripe citrus, tropical and stone fruit, resinous pine, a bit grassy light floral notes, biscuity bready malt, and a little caramel sweetness.
T: Resinous pine, zesty citrus, tangerine, lemon, lime, and a hint of grapefruit, tropical and stone fruit, peach, apricot, pineapple, guava, mango, faint blueberry, a bit grassy and floral, underlying earthy herbal notes, biscuity bready malt, and a little caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation.
O: I can't say that I've ever been a big fan of Idaho 7 hops, so I wasn't sure how much I was going to like this one. I'm very pleasantly surprised.
