Y’all might not be aware, but Threes has been quietly crushing it in and around New York City for some time now. They were the first brewery we ever tried a foudre aged pilsner from, and now that’s like a thing. They were also the first brewery to hand us brewery branded rolling papers. So let’s just say, we’ve been fans for a bit. We are super stoked to brew this collaboration West Coast Pale “Ale” with Riwaka, Centennial and Simcoe which is fermented with a lager yeast. Wait what? I THOUGHT YOU SAID THIS IS AN ALE. Well it’s not, but no need to get bogged down in the details. It works, just trust us and it’s good; so just roll one up and drink this beer already.
