The world needs more pale ale. You should drink more pale ale. And that’s why we brew this light colored, sessionable and aromatic brew. Hopped with a unique and modern combination of Riwaka, Strata and Talus, Emerald Eyes is incredibly soft with aromas of peachy stonefruit, white grape and guava and underlying notes of coastal pine and lime.

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours hazy golden amber with a frothy cream white head that settles to a light layer and leaves a little nice lacing.
S: Bright ripe citrus, tropical and stone fruit, resinous pine, light grassy herbal notes, biscuity malt, and a little caramel sweetness.
T: Bright zesty citrus, grapefruit, lemon, lime, and tangerine, tropical and stone fruit, apricot, peach, pineapple, under ripe strawberry, passion fruit, resinous pine, herbal woodsy grassy notes, faint coconut, biscuity slightly bready malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: A touch on the lighter side of medium body, moderate carbonation, soft on the palate.
O: Classic Cellarmaker super flavorful easy drinking pale ale. Wasn't sure how the Talus and Strata would get along, but it works.
