This is just coffee in beer form. Beer is just the vehicle we chose to get our coffee fix, much like ketchup on some fries or cream cheese on that shitty bagel. Featuring a rotating cast of coffee roasters. For this batch we called upon Portland's coffee wizards. Heart Roasters. Every trip to Portland features a visit to Heart, where we are continuously blown away by the casual ridiculousness of their quality & sourcing. This batch of Coffee Vehicle is conditioned Heart's Kenya Nyawira AA beans.

On tap at Cellarmaker Brewing
A: Pours dark chestnut brown with a frothy tan head that settles to a thin layer and laces nicely.
S: Fresh ground coffee, roasty, toasty, nutty, cocoa, a little spice, subtle earthy notes, a hint of vanilla, and a touch of toffee sweetness.
T: Roasty, smooth fresh coffee, toasty, nutty, cocoa powder, vanilla, a touch of spice, subtle earthy notes, and a little toffee sweetness.
M: Just a touch on the fuller side of medium body, moderate carbonation, slightly chewy, easy drinking like an afternoon iced coffee.
O: I could drink this all day. You can tell it's a solid base beer elevated with great coffee. Can't tell it's 8% at all.
