Sweet vanilla caramel, chocolate covered hazelnut, and vanilla bourbon barrel nose on this one! Taste follows with a caramel-toffee malty, hazelnut cream, and chocolate boozy barrel finish. So good...and wonderfully balanced and blended between the barleywines and stout. Phenomenal!

Thanks, Chris!
Black with a thin, dark brown head with poor retention and little lacing. The nose is insanely rich but also well balanced, with rich chocolate, vanilla, bourbon, dark caramel and lots of hazelnut, both sweet and bitter, which work to temper the sweetness. The palate opens rich and sweet, but with enough bitterness and barrel tannins to balance and counter the sweetness. Rich dark caramel, cocoa, milk chocolate, lots of vanilla, floral and fruity, and lots of hazelnut. Creamy, nutty, with a little bit of skin and a blend of richness and bitterness. Full in body, rich and creamy with a long lasting finish. Yum.
