On tap at Cellarmaker Brewing Co
A: Pours hazy golden yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a thin layer and leaves some light lacing.
S: Bright, zesty citrus, dank grassy notes, white grape, tropical fruit, a touch of pine, crackery malt, and just a touch of sweetness.
T: Mix of all kinds of fruits, white grape, lemon lime, pineapple, underripe mango, passion fruit, plus faint apricot and papaya, dank grassy notes, light spicy pine, crackery malt, and just a touch of sweetness.
M: Light to medium body, moderately lively carbonation, slightly chewy.
O: I know with my preferences I'd add a touch more sweetness and pull a bit more juice out of the Galaxy, but that's not Cellarmaker's style. What's in the glass is exactly what they want this beer to be and ya gotta respect it. Bright, dry, and a great showcase of what those hops bring to the table, all pale. Hard not to like it.
