An original recipe by our great friends Cloudburst Brewing Co in Seattle which is concurrently being released by Cellarmaker, Green Cheek, Pinthouse Pizza, Alvarado St & Cloudburst. This IPA is an evolution of the Elysian Brewing Space Dust recipe which was created by Cloudburst founder and Head Brewer Steve Luke. Our version closely follows Cloudburst’s with a blend of Amarillo, Citra & Galaxy hops on top of some high quality pale malts for a modern IPA aroma with hints of classic Pacific Northwest hoppy ales.

On tap at Out of the Barrel
A: Pours faintly hazy golden yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a light layer and laces nicely.
S: Dank, grassy, herbal, green, resinous, light citrus zest, a little underlying tropical and stone fruit, biscuity slightly bready malt, and a touch of caramel sweetness.
T: Quick dank resinous herbal hit, followed with citrus, orange, grapefruit, and lemon, floral, a little underlying tropical and stone fruit, mango, peach, apricot, papaya, passion fruit, and a hint of pineapple, a touch grassy, biscuity bready malt, and a little caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderately lively carbonation.
O: It's been a hot minute since I've had Space Dust, but it's nice to see the OG recipe given a Cellarmaker twist.
