Our newest clear and crisp IPA that features a combination of hops that we find truly intriguing. Strata, Nectaron, HBC 586 and Centennial create layers of deep grapefruit, sativa and dark berry flavors supported by a bright stonefruit aroma

Can from Uptown Market.
A clear, straw yellow with a dense, white head with good retention and lacing. The nose is bright, fruity, with balancing pine and bitterness. Mild Jolly rancher. Dank, mild terpene notes. The palate opens bitter and clean, bright and dank, the blend Cellarmaker do so well. Dank, mild pine, citrus and tropical fruit are present. Drying, clean, bitter on the finish. Lovely.

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours golden yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a light layer and laces nicely.
S: Spicy earthy herbal notes permeate, citrus zest, tropical and stone fruit, a little resinous pine, lightly toasty bready malt, and just a touch of sweetness.
T: Initial hit is resinous pine plus zesty citrus, lemon and grapefruit, mixed with earthy slightly dank spicy herbal notes, slowly giving way to plenty of underlying tropical and stone fruit, peach, apricot, pineapple, strawberry, papaya, mango, passion fruit, cantaloupe, a hint of lychee, and maybe even some faint grape candy, built on lightly toasted bready malt, with just a touch of sweetness. The sulphury notes from the HBC 586 come out more as it warms, but are strangely complimentary.
M: Just a touch on the lighter side of medium body, moderate carbonation.
O: Fairly diverse group of hops all bringing their own signature flavors to the party. Was a little concerned how it might all come together, but they're pretty dang nicely balanced with the more assertive resinous, earthy, herbal, and citrus notes countered with lots of orange fruit. Well made Westy with a very unique profile.
