So when the rad people at Seattle’s Fast Fashion asked us to brew a beer with their exclusive Anchovy hops from the famed Segal Ranch in WA, how could we resist such an enticing lure? This experimental hop has soft peachy aromas followed by hints of mango and pear with a touch of dried cranberry tang in the background. With aromas like that Anchovy is sure to be the biggest hit since Billy Bass!
