Every year we participate in the Ales for ALS fundraiser where we are sent a pre-established and donated hop blend from @yakimachief to brew whatever we want with. This year we created a highly hopped Hazy West Coast IPA (with only the ALS hop blend). This year’s blend contains mostly experimental hops HBC 630 and HBC 586, Citra, and then lesser amounts of Loral, Ahtanum and Ekuanot. Cellarmaker will donate proceeds from Capacity to Care to the ALS Therapy Development Institute. Drink for a great cause!
