This blend of single and double oak stouts has been infused with the highest quality of adjuncts we can source. Vietnamese cinnamon sticks, whole vanilla beans from Madagascar and Papa New Guinea as well as premium quality Ethiopian Gore Dank beans from Onyx Coffee Lab come together in a creamy, spice driven dance of rich decadence. Albeit an intensely bold beverage, the long term aging in various bourbon barrels gives Dessert Oasis a balance not always found in the pastry world.

Bottle at share.Near black pour with a thin beige head. Sweet aroma with plenty of dessert smells. Cinnamon, chocolate, vanilla slathered in booze. Taste is very sweet , chocolaty, cinnamon, bourbon. thick and syrupy.

Cinnamon-dusted chocolate fudge, creamy vanilla, faint hint of coffee, and faint hint of barrel nose on this one! Taste follows with a cinnamon mocha coffee and warm bourbon boozy finish...a little chocolate and coffee roast show up on the backend. As it warms, this roasty bitterness becomes more prominent...the cinnamon spice peeks out more as well. For only being 11.5% ABV, this has a pretty decent mouthfeel to it. Not CM's best barrel-aged offering, but it is still pretty good!

Poured at fridge temp. Pours motor oil black with a very thin layer of head. The nose is insanely good. Cinnamon is dominant (which I like), and it's followed by chocolate, toffee, vanilla, maple, and some dark fruit. It is brewed with coffee, but I'm not really getting any coffee on the nose.
The taste is awesome. The coffee comes in here. Great marriage of coffee, vanilla, cinnamon, and bourbon. Chocolate, molasses, plums, raisins, and toffee make a strong appearance as well. Wow. Intense.
Mouthfeel is thick and creamy. Viscous. Aftertaste is bourbon and toffee, with a hint of coffee. Overall, a great stout.
