We are brewing this awesome Green Cheek recipe with a whole bunch of amazing brewers to celebrate the unmatched camaraderie of the brewing industry. Alvarado Street, Amalgam, Breakside, Cloudburst, Cloudwater, Everywhere, Green Cheek and Cellarmaker are all brewing this dope West Coast IPA at our respective breweries. Go collect them all! Oh yeah, and it’s double dry hopped with Simcoe and Citra and is super tasty!

Fantastic clear, golden yellow body; dense carbonation presence; fairly thin head, white and foamy. Nice hop aroma; woody herbal notes; a bit of citrus and dank qualities. Mild malt flavor, bread crust and biscuit; moderate hop bitterness with a light spicy character; a touch of pepper. Medium-light body; crisp; a light touch of overall dryness offset with a very modest light sweetness.
A nice, well-rounded and balanced west coasts India pale ale. The head is its weakest part, but otherwise a great beer. The taste certainly nails things. I'm not sure, but this seems to be one of those shared recipe beers as I see a number of breweries are offering this beer with nearly the same label but with their own brewery listed on the labels. Personally, I like seeing a return of the classic WCIPA style. This offering does the style justice.
Pouring temperature: 45 °F; canning info: 326 AND IT WILL RISE AGAIN 10/24/22

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
