The next beer in a series of 2-Hop pale ales exploring the sexiest hops the world has to offer. Get ready to experience two unique hops coming out of New Zealand: newcomer Nectaron and Cascade (yes the same Cascade but grown in NZ). Nectaron has soft peachy notes and hints of tart blackberry and Cascade, which smells nothing like the stuff grown in the US, is loaded with bright Thai lime and electric Fruit Stripe Gum

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours hazy golden yellow amber with a frothy off white head that settles to a firm layer and leaves plenty of nice lacing.
S: Vibrant citrus zest runs the show with some floral and light grassy notes, and a little soft tropical and stone fruit hidden in there, held together with crackery malt, with a fairly dry finish.
T: Floral, bright citrus, lime, lemon, and grapefruit, soft underlying tropical and stone fruit, peach, apricot, slightly under ripe pineapple, and a hint of passion fruit, slightly grassy, crackery malt, and a touch of sweetness.
M: A little on the lighter side of medium body, moderate carbonation.
O: Light refreshing pale ale, but I wish there was just a touch more sweetness to help carry the tropical flavors across. Would make a great ballpark beer on a warm afternoon.
