Cast you line out and catch this new collab that we brewed with our friends at Fort George Brewery in Astoria Oregon. These hop wizards from the Oregon coast worked closely with us to design a hard hitting but totally drinkable West Coast pale ale that will satisfy hop heads and light beer drinkers alike. Incorporating our finest Citra Cryo, New Zealand Cascade, Centennial and HBC 586, the resulting beer is infused with plenty of Christmas tree sap, dank nugs and grey hound cocktail snap!

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours golden straw yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a light layer and leaves a little nice lacing.
S: Resinous, grassy, a touch herbal, citrus zest, underlying tropical and stone fruit, faintly floral, crackery biscuity malt and a fairly dry finish.
T: Bright zesty citrus, lemon, grapefruit, and tangerine, tropical and stone fruit, mango, guava, apricot, peach, passion fruit, a little resinous pine, light grassy herbal notes, floral hints, crackery biscuity malt, and just a touch of sweetness on a fairly dry finish.
M: Light to medium body, moderate carbonation, crisp.
O: Crisp, flavorful, very well done pale as one would expect from Cellarmaker. Add in Fort George and you've definitely got a winner. I'm slowly warming to the sulphury notes you get from the HBC 586. They do make an appearance here, but they definitely add some depth that helps tie things together.

Another collaboration brew w/ Ft. George. How could I say no?
WC pale ale
Pours as expected, a clear gold. Light and tasty with just enough of the good stuff to keep you going. Don’t pass up the synergy!
