Had this on tap at Cellarmaker Oakland.
Look - Pours a black color without too much of a head.
Smell - Has a very nice bourbon and rye whiskey scent, with molasses, vanilla, and dark fruit
Taste - On the sweeter side. I really it! Vanilla, bourbon, rye whiskey, dark fruit, and molasses. Wow!
Feel - Super easy drinking at 16.2%ABV. I am hugely surprised by this barleywine.
Overall - Another fantastic barleywine from Cellarmaker. Honestly, I think they make the best barleywines out there.
