The adroit hands of Cellarmaker and Tenma have joined their deft forces to craft a crisp West Coast Pilsner that is at once light and extremely drinkable yet layered with hoppy flavors and an intriguing tangy and ripe aroma.

Clear amber brew with coarse foam in the goblet. Aromatic with melon, apricot, and alfalfa. Resiny and hot tasting with a bare touch of malty sweetness. Flavors of unripe apricot, citrus, and grapefruit peel. Quite bitter aftertaste, more like an IPA. I don't know why they like to call this "crushable" at 6 percent with a massive dose of hops. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea Brewing.

22 oz bomber into nonic pint glass
Clear, straw-yellow appearance, bubbly with a wispy head.
Dank, fruity nose. Tropical with notes of mango, touching up against grassy earth notes.
Flavors follow with more citrusy notes and suggestions of pineapple rind. Light, effervescent complexion, with a quick, clean finish.
Absolutely crushable pils.
