Collab with Hop Butcher for the World
"Back in my day we were making the best music the world has ever heard. Kids these days… I don’t even know what these sounds are coming out of them. All you need is a guitar, bass, drums and a steady supply of power, man, and you can ROCK. But one thing we didn’t have in the 80’s is West Coast IPA and I gotta admit this one is pretty killer, man. I really like these Mosaic hops, and those Simcoes. I never heard of Superdelic but it tastes pretty trippy. And then Cascade, I know that one, but grown in New Zealand? Far out, man!”

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours golden yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a light layer and leaves a little spotty lacing.
S: Green grassy, spicy, and herbal notes, resinous pine, citrus zest, soft tropical and stone fruit, crackery biscuity malt, and a touch of caramel honey sweetness.
T: Ripe bright citrus, grapefruit, lemon lime, and tangerine, tropical and stone fruit, passion fruit, guava, mango, pineapple, apricot, and peach, a little resinous pine, subtle spicy grassy herbal notes come out a bit more as it warms, crackery biscuity malt, and a touch of caramel honey sweetness.
M: A touch on the lighter side of medium body, moderate carbonation.
O: Exactly what Cellarmaker excels at, light flavorful Westies. Good stuff
