We’ve reinvented a past pale ale to now be a West Coast crusher! Neon Nights has always been aromatic and flavorful from Mosaic, Nelson and Simcoe, but now it’s got a snappy bitterness and saturated hop flavor, all packaged up in an easy drinking pale ale body.

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours golden straw yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a light layer and leaves a little spotty lacing.
S: Slightly dank grassy herbal notes, spicy resinous pine, bright citrus, underlying exotic, tropical, and stone fruit, crackery biscuity malt, and just a touch of sweetness.
T: Grassy, light herbal slight dank notes, quickly followed by bright citrus, lime, lemon, pomelo, and a hint of tangerine, exotic, tropical, and stone fruit, pineapple, gooseberry, star fruit, mango, white grape, apricot, blueberry, and passion fruit, spicy resinous pine, crackery biscuity malt, and just a touch of sweetness on a fairly dry finish.
M: Light body, moderate carbonation.
O: Light and bright, super flavorful. Classic Cellarmaker pale ale magic. Hits the spot on a warm evening while watching football.
