Extremely tropical and just oozing with overly ripe fruit character, I’m In Your Mind gets its explosive aroma and flavor from 5 impactful hops. The first, Eclipse, an Australian hop reminiscent of Galaxy is new to Cellarmaker. It delivers a wallop of punchy brightness that jumps out of the glass. Then there are Nectaron and Nelson, the two loudest New Zealand grown hops. Lastly, we layer in a little Strata and Columbus for some top shelf ganja notes.

11/11/25. Poured into a Samuel Adams Perfect Pint.
A: Clear gold with 1-2 finger white frothy head with good retention and stripes of lacing.
S: Big aroma with pineapple, guava, green melon, orange, red grapefruit, and lime with herbal lemongrass through the finish.
T: Flavor is excellent with blasts of tangerine, pineapple, green melon, and white grapefruit with herbal undertones. Esters are minimal with moderate bitterness.
M: Light body with even carbonation and a very dry finish.
O: My first Cellarmaker beer is excellent with a huge aroma and flavor. I will be going back for another 4 pack.

Candy like west coast ipa. my first from brewer.
a) Clear amber, scant head. Nice color
s)Bright, candy store aroma plus sunny grass hills
t) Follows but like it said, I'm in your head, on acid (among the most powerful esters I have experienced in WCIPA)
As it should be.
o) Amazing. Big. Must try.

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours golden yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a light layer and leaves a little nice lacing.
S: A mix of tropical, exotic, and stone fruit, ripe citrus, resinous pine, subtle grassy herbal notes, floral hints, biscuity bready malt, and just a little caramel sweetness.
T: Resinous slightly woody pine, citrus, grapefruit, tangerine, and lemon, a mix of tropical, exotic, and stone fruit, pineapple, peach, apricot, gooseberry, passion fruit, and a hints of grape candy and white grape, floral notes, faint slightly dank herbal notes, biscuity slightly bready malt, and just a touch of caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation.
O: I was hoping the Southern Hem hops would get the stage a bit more to themselves, especially with how the nose lured me in, but that's about the only gripe I can think of. It's a really nice balanced Westy.
