Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours hazy golden yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a light layer and laces beautifully.
S: Opens a bit grassy, followed by resinous pine, zesty citrus, and a little underlying tropical and stone fruit, biscuity, grainy, slightly bready malt, and a touch of caramel sweetness.
T: Resinous pine, ripe zesty citrus, tangerine/orange, grapefruit, lime, and lemon, underlying tropical and stone fruit, mango, passion fruit, pineapple, apricot, a bit grassy, grainy, biscuity slightly bready malt with a touch caramel sweetness and a fairly crisp finish.
M: Medium body, slightly prickly moderate carbonation, soft on the palate.
O: Drinks like a Hazy West Coast IPA. Plenty of bitterness with a fairly dry finish, but also some softness and juicy fruity goodness. It can be a bit aggressive but also bright and refreshing. I might have it a scored a little low.
