We are thrilled to once again join forces with our buddies Kelsey and Mac from North Park Beer Company in San Diego to make a style that both breweries are incredibly passionate about…West Coast IPA! This batch is hopped with Citra Dynaboost, Freestyle Farms Riwaka as well as our fresh 2024 crop selections of Simcoe, Mosaic and Simcoe Cryo. The resulting beer is brimming with intense aromas of ruby red grapefruit, lemon oil, passionfruit and classic WC IPA pine.

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours golden straw yellow with a frothy cream white head that settles to a firm layer and laces very nicely.
S: Lively mix of resinous pine and citrus zest, grassy green slightly herbal notes, light tropical and stone fruit, crackery malt, and the faintest touch of sweetness.
T: Bright citrus, pink grapefruit, lime, lemon, and tangerine, pine, green grassy faintly herbal notes, underlying tropical and stone fruit, passion fruit, pineapple, apricot, peach, mango, and a hint of blueberry, crackery malt, and just a touch of sweetness.
M: Light to medium body, moderate carbonation, crisp.
O: This one's unique, maybe the lightest full strength IPA I've had. Super impressive combo of light, bright, crisp, and flavorful. That's normally a calling card of their pale ales, so it's I'm not surprised they were able to pull it off here. I liked it from the first sip, but really fell for it more and more as my pint emptied. Wouldn't mind if the fruitiness of the Citra came through just a bit stronger, but that's about the only critique I had. Definitely sunshine in a can in a rainy day.
