Brewed in collaboration with the haze masters at Other Half, Brooklyn Diamonds is a soft and juicy IPA built on a pillowy base of unmalted white wheat and malted oats. Citra Dynaboost in the whirlpool sets the tone with bright citrus energy, while a dry hop of Nectaron, Simcoe, and Enigma layers in ripe stone fruit, sticky tropicals, and just a hint of dank. Smooth, expressive, and shining with character—this banger is cut like a gem and built to crush.

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours hazy golden yellow with a frothy eggshell white head that slowly settles to a firm layer and leaves plenty of thick lacing.
S: Slightly dank Southern Hem diesel, resinous pine, citrus zest, white grape, tropical and stone fruit, faint red berries, crackers biscuity malt, and light caramel sweetness.
T: Opens with a mix of Southern Hem diesel and resinous pine, followed by a mix of citrus, exotic, tropical and stone fruit, grapefruit, white grape, peach, pineapple, passion fruit, tangerine, apricot, lime, and faint hints of raspberry, crackery biscuity malt, and light caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, soft on the palate, with just a touch of hop burn.
O: This one's interesting. I wish a little more of the raspberry from the Enigma showed up, and I'm not sure it needed the Simcoe to offset all the fruity notes, but it still works.
