Sound and fury is inspired by one of our favorite outlaw country artists. Our intentions were to create an oily, intense, West Coast monster with new favorite, New Zealand-grown Nectaron hops, alongside limey skittles-esque NZ Cascade and the almighty Mosaic (and some Mosaic Cryo too!). The resulting beer is layered with beautiful hoppy flavors of nectarine and peach flesh, zippy tangy key lime and that awesome Mosaic berry note we all know and love. This one screams on aroma and flavor. This metamodern westie is just the right kind of dream.

Gold standard level WCIPA. Probably one of my favorite wc hops combos from CM right now. Piney, floral, a bit resiny, good body, malt carries the hops without adding sweetness and gives it a nice lingering flavor. Will look for this beer again if/when CM brings it back
