Brewed in celebration of our 12th Anniversary, this hazy pale ale is the culmination of over a decade’s worth of pale ale production. Highlighting a variety of the staff’s favorite hops (Citra, Ekuanot, Motueka, Krush Cryo, and HBC 630 Cryo), this one is a bright and expressive little hoppy beer. With notes of white peach, lime zest, and candied pineapple our 12 Year Anniversary Pale Ale is the perfect way to celebrate this and any other special occasion.

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours hazy golden yellow with a frothy cream white head that settles to a light layer and leaves a little nice lacing.
S: Bright zesty citrus, ripe tropical and stone fruit, resinous and grassy, faint woodsy notes, slightly crackery biscuity malt, and a touch of light caramel sweetness.
T: Opens with zesty citrus, tangerine, lime, lemon, and faint grapefruit, tropical and stone fruit that emerges more and more as it warms, pineapple, peach, mango, guava, papaya, passion fruit, banana, cherry, a bit resinous and grassy, mild underlying woodsy notes, slightly crackery biscuity malt, and just a touch of caramel sweetness with a fairly dry finish.
M: On the lighter side of medium body, moderate carbonation, somewhat soft on the palate, but there's also a very mild touch of hop burn.
O: This one really grew on me as my glass emptied. It features a few hops I'm not normally the biggest fan of, but they come together quite well. I think if the bitterness was dialed back just a touch to smooth things out this would jump up a tier. As it stands though, it's exactly what you'd expect from a Cellarmaker pale ale; absolutely packed with flavor (especially for its size), and showing off the best of what some cool hops have to offer. Cheers to 12 years and many more to come!
