Collaboration with Green Cheek Beer Co
This hazy beast is loaded with Citra, Nelson, Peacharine, Citra Cryo and Nelson Cryo. Expect massive waves of tropical fruit: overripe mango, white peach, and that dank gooseberry funk Nelson brings to the party. The Peacharine hops dial up the stone fruit while the cryo additions punch up the resin and terpene character. Hazy, juicy, and sitting pretty at 8.6%. This is what happens when two breweries get together and just go for it.

DIPA. Cloudy, murky almost, but in a good way. Low aroma, with pineapple orange guava notes. They’re more prominent on the sip, ending with a drying finish. As it warms a weedy note emerges, landing with a dank finish. Fantastic!

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours hazy peachy golden yellow with a frothy cream white head that settles to a firm layer and
S: Resinous, zesty juicy citrus, plenty of ripe exotic, tropical, and stone fruit, faintly grassy, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Lively ripe citrus, tangerine, grapefruit, and lemon lime, big juicy mix of exotic, tropical, and stone fruit, mango, nectarine, pineapple, passion fruit, gooseberry, apricot, and white grape, a bit resinous, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: A little on the fuller side of medium body, slightly prickly moderate carbonation, a touch of mild hop burn, but still soft on the palate.
O: Super tasty double hazy, can't go wrong with that hop combo. I think if it was just a tiny bit smoother, a little less hop bite and hid its ABV a little more it would be into the next tier.
