Nelson Sauvin, Nelson Sauvin Cryo, and Cascade Cryo. That’s the lineup. Expect that signature Nelson character: white wine, gooseberry, dank tropical fruit, and that diesel-y, grapefruit funk that makes Nelson so distinctive. The Cascade Cryo brings bright citrus and floral notes to balance it all out. Clean bitterness, crisp finish, and all the resinous goodness you want from a proper West Coast IPA.

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours slightly hazy golden yellow with a frothy cream white head that settles to a firm layer and laces nicely.
S: Zesty citrus, a touch resinous and grassy, diesel, underlying exotic, tropical, and stone fruit, faint floral hints, biscuity bready malt, and a touch of sweetness.
T: Bright citrus, grapefruit, lemon, lime, exotic, tropical, and stone fruit, white grape, pineapple, gooseberry, apricot, and passion fruit, a bit resinous and grassy, a little diesel, floral hints, crackery biscuity malt, and a touch of sweetness on a fairly clean dry finish.
M: Light body, moderate carbonation.
O: Super light and refreshing, drinks more like one of their pale ales. I wouldn't mind if there was a little more body to carry the flavors, but as it sits it really hits the spot on a warm day. Would love to see it come back for summer.
