New, more stylish 33cl bottle poured into a cup, very little foam that vanishes quickly.
Light aroma of caramel, roasted malts and sweet red wine.
First sip is on the heavy side, strong malty and wine-ish flavor, then caramel and chocolate. Mild carbonation, balanced taste.
Delicious, flavorful beer, one of the best Hungarian craftbrews I've ever had that wasn't an IPA.

Thanks to drewone for sharing this one at his tasting.
Best by 4/30/14.
Pours a clear dark brown with a foamy khaki head that settles to wisps of film on top of the beer. Small dots of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of toasted malt, caramel, and dark fruit aromas. Taste is much the same with caramel and fruit flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of toast bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer with nice fruit and caramel aspects all around.
