The semi-dark lager Ostroff is a project of Hotel Ostrov and Falkenštejn Brewery. It is a bottom-fermented Czech-type beer brewed in the traditional method from five types of malt, with the Sládek and Saaz hop varieties added. It has amber colour and it’s characterized by its delicate bitterness with caramel undertones. The beer is non-filtered and non-pasteurized.
