On tap at South Gate Brewing
A: Pours golden amber with a frothy off white head that settles to a light layer and laces beautifully.
S: Big tropical fruit, citrus, resinous pine, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Tropical fruit, passion fruit, pineapple, guava, lychee, and a hint of mango, resinous pine, some citrus, lemon, lime, and tangerine, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, dangerously drinkable.
O: Super drinkable DIPA. Really nicely done.
